Terms of Service

The service

ShortDrama streams vertical short-form drama series. The first episodes of a series are free to watch. Later episodes are unlocked with coins, or opened all at once for the length of a VIP pass. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You can start watching as a guest. Your progress is kept in this browser until you create an account, which then keeps it on every device.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private.
• To buy coins or VIP you must be old enough to enter into a binding purchase where you live.

Coins

• Coins are a virtual currency used only on ShortDrama to unlock episodes. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged back for money.
• Purchased coins do not expire. Bonus coins — from daily check-ins and bundle bonuses — are always spent before purchased coins, and may expire.
• An episode you unlock stays unlocked for as long as that series remains on the service.

VIP

• A VIP pass opens every episode of every series for the length of the pass: one week, thirty days or one year.
• A pass is a single payment. It does not renew on its own and nothing is charged again. Buying another pass while one is running adds its days to the time you have left.
• When a pass ends, episodes you did not unlock with coins are locked again. Episodes you unlocked with coins stay unlocked.

Payments

• Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Today that is OxaPay, which takes payment in cryptocurrency. We never see your wallet or card credentials.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. The provider's payment page may add a network or processing fee to the amount you send.
• Coins or VIP are added to your account once the provider confirms the payment. For cryptocurrency this usually takes a few minutes.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• copy, download, record or redistribute any video from the service;
• get around the paywall, or share access to locked episodes;
• use bots or scripts to create accounts, claim rewards or watch content;
• interfere with the service or try to access other people's accounts.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Rewards obtained by breaking them may be removed.

Content and copyright

The series on ShortDrama are original works. If you believe something on the service infringes your copyright, follow the copyright notice process.

The service is provided as is

We work to keep ShortDrama available and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Series may be added or removed from the catalogue over time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
